It depends on the person, I like to get to know someone before I date them putting them first, not because I don't feel like I could relate, but my good time can come from just being around people that I like, however many others aren't this way, I can have fun practically anywhere. Though I'm a reserved individual I love to be outspoken when it's the time and place.
