| Jeg beskriver mig selv som | I'm a bright man of solid character with a sharp sense of humor. I'll be the first to poke fun at myself, yet I believe it's cruel to have a laugh at another's expense. Humor and laughter are very important in my life, but I do not waltz through life as though I were in continual performance of a comedy/variety show. Despite not being a chatterbox, I enjoy vibrant, flowing conversation, but I do not feel it necessary to fill natural lulls with empty speech. Telling information can be conveyed and extrapolated during the silences as long as one is not scrambling for the next line of dialogue. I'm a fan of speaking plainly, yet carefully, on all subjects, which can be a confusion-saving approach. I would love to meet a man who understands and appreciates the responsibilities that are necessary in establishing a lasting relationship: I hope for a match who has the conviction to say the difficult things in life rather than making me fill in any blanks, as it were. I do know I have a hand in creating that safe-zone for open communication. I long to know how it feels to let down all guard--to be at my most vulnerable--yet know that I am entirely safe and free from being judged. If you are looking for one guy who is of sound mind and body, in touch of his emotions (and able to express them at appropriate settings--can you imagine someone wigging out in, perhaps, the produce section of Whole Foods?) unneedful, clever, capable of finding something humorous in practically every situation, resilient, loving, chivalrous, and who's willing to roll up his sleeves and do the hard work, you and I might have reason to meet. |
