San Diego big guy looking for fun, friends and possible LTR if I find the right gentleman. Laid back southern guy, 5' 11", brown hair, brown eyes, loves travel, art, outdoors, and romantic get aways. Joined the gym recently and working to shape up a bit. Down to earth, honest, sincere, and fun loving gent seeking similar interests. I don't know many people here in San Diego so I am always looking for new friends.

I am not your typical big city gay man. I grew up and lived most of my life in Tallahassee, Florida and enjoy wide open spaces and quiet “get aways” when the noise of the city starts to drown out my own thoughts. I am a very laid back, creative, eccentric, passionate and fun loving southern boy at heart. I am very relationship minded and am not into playing games or getting caught up in the “scene”. I believe in honesty, monogamy and hope to find a life partner who will value being my best friend, lover and hero. I of course will do the same. I seek an “average joe” kind of man who values respect, honesty, communication, commitment, a love for life and having fun. I have a diverse range of interests that include painting, theatre, museums, fishing, camping, amusement parks, the beach, exploring new places, travel, video games and trying new things - ghost hunting would be one. LoL – I have never been on a ghost hunt before but would love to do so one day.

Two of my favorite passions are Art and Music. I don’t think a day goes by that I am not painting or listening to music. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and find creating things, be it a painting or other work, helps to keep me grounded, express myself, and bring me a deep sense of spiritual fulfillment. I am a lover of found objects and am intrigued by the silent story they carry with them. Music is another passion of mine and my tastes are very eclectic to say the least. It is another art form that helps me to express myself when words fail me.

I absolutely miss the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the South and would really love to go fishing again, camping, or heading out to a remote beach for a quiet weekend. Would love to share a bottle of wine on the beach in the evening, snack on some cheese, crackers and fruit, and talk into the night. I am stimulated by conversation and really getting to know someone. I also enjoy traveling to new places, seeing the local sites, and being silly and having fun along the way. I have a warped sense of humor at times and really enjoy a gentleman who can make me laugh and excuse my "dork" moments.
