"I remember way too much" - I don't remember where I heard that quote, but it sums up quite a bit. I have a great memory and dont' mind loosing myself in thought or reminiscing my past. For the most part I'm pretty laid back. I have a tendancy to take in situations one at a time and not let them overwhelm me. You only live once.. why make it more stressful than need be, right? I like to help people out when I can. I'm not superman, but I always have open ears if a friend needs to talk.. and I'll only give advise if I'm asked for it because I realize a lot of times you just need someone to say "Yeah.. that sucks".

I'm not religious but I'd consider myself sprirtual. I believe in energies. I think we're effected by the energies people put out there and that we generate our own energies and dispell them to others... weird huh? That being said I try my best to remain positive at all times. There's enough things wrong with the world.. it doesn't need my extra bad vibes.

My outlet is writing. I love to daydream so I have a lot to write about. I've been known to blog a poem or story every now and again, but it's been a good long while. A notebook is always visible just in case though. Writing has always been a therapeutic experice for me though and there are times that my writing reflect the darker aspects of myself.
