I live in Palmerston North, New Zealand. I'm a chubby guy seeking a relationship/friendship with other chubby guys. Wide range of interests including camping and tramping, languages and linguistics, music of all kinds, wildlife.

The questions on this site don't list all of the possibilities. So, I'm using this space to fill in some of the gaps. My friends regard me as friendly, humorous, and dependable. They know that they can always count on me to pull my weight (, which is good because there's a lot of it to pull). I have a keen sense of humour. It's the kind of humour that you will find in the best British comedies, i.e. plenty of double-entendre. I have to admit that sometimes my humour is a little obscure including literary allusions and cross-cultural and cross-language jokes. And, yes, some of my jokes are on the raunchy side. For me, obesity and laughter are the two best things in life.

I prefer men with big bellies and it's the sort of physique that I seek to develop myself.

An ideal first date would involve meeting handsome fat guy somewhere down town for a quiet drink or a meal. Although I don't drink alcohol, I'm not averse to bars and clubs. However, on the first date, being able to chat and get to know each other is important. Where we go from there depends on how well we match. More could happen that night but if things need more time, that's fine, too.
